generate evidence-based adjustment comments and individual plan support notes for NCCD reporting. all comments are written in past tense and automatically include student names.
teacher and student details are only used to personalise comments and are not stored.
find a barrier quickly, then generate and copy linked adjustments for planning and NCCD evidence.
this page is designed to support teachers to document reasonable adjustments for NCCD in plain language that reflects what actually happens in the classroom.
- 1. start with adjustment notes: enter your name and the student's name, then choose an adjustment, engagement level and outcome. generate a comment and copy it into reports or ILPs.
- 2. build your learning plan: switch to the learning plan tab, choose the primary area/diagnosis, then select a barrier. review the non-deficit description and use linked adjustments with frequency, duration and responsible staff fields.
- 3. personalise wording: adjust any generated text so it reflects your local language, school processes and evidence.
- 4. keep ownership with the teacher: this tool does not store student data. everything stays on the page you have open.
Learning Plan Assistant is a planning aid. it does not replace professional judgement, school-based processes, or local jurisdictional guidance.
when enabled, you can save your name and class list locally so you can select students from a dropdown. you can also save barriers and adjustments per student. no data is sent anywhere.
- non-deficit language: barriers are described in terms of curriculum, environment and teaching adjustments rather than student deficits.
- local alignment: always check that comments align with your school's NCCD processes, evidence requirements and documentation templates.
- privacy: teacher and student names are only used inside this browser tab to personalise wording and are not saved to storage or sent to any server.
